Call Queuing

If a customer calls you and can’t get through, they are most likely to end the call and find the number for one of your competitors instead.

We Queue works by bypassing the engaged tone, greeting them with a message and music. This gives you time to finish your current call, with your caller on hold.

This is the ideal service for companies who don’t receive a high volume of calls, and where the customers would only be kept on hold for a couple of minutes.

Call Back

If you have a higher volume of calls coming in, keeping customers on hold might not be appropriate. Instead, greet your customers with a friendly message explaining the call back system, allowing them to hang up.

We’ll then take over, managing the customer’s call until one of your staff is free to talk. When the call is answered, we’ll then call the customer back and get them on the line to your staff.

Callers aren’t wasting time sitting on hold, freeing their time to do other things. It also means they’re not spending money waiting on hold, or using up minutes on a mobile contract.

Call Service

Our Call Service offers small and medium sized companies the full expertise of a call centre. Your customer dials a number we’ll supply, and one of our specially trained staff will answer.

We’ll then deal with the customer in the way you would yourself; booking them in for a yoga class, finding a slot for their car’s MOT , or taking their takeaway order.

We’ll upload this information straight onto our special online platform, which is passed to you so you can access it on your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Call Back for Companies

It’s not just small companies which can benefit from call back and call handling services. We’re working with large multinationals too allowing customers to let us do the waiting so they don’t have to.

Corporate Call Back

Calling large companies can be frustrating – dealing with button press menus, voice recognition then a long wait on hold. Do you want to spend hours on hold to get through to a bank or utility company?

Time is money. What else could you be doing while you’re on hold? We’ll do the waiting for you, allowing you to focus on more pressing issues. The cost for this service is just £6 plus your standard call charge.

Using the system couldn’t be simpler. You just dial the premium rate number for the company you’re trying to get in touch with, then hang up. We’ll navigate through the menus and sit listening to the hold music. When the call is finally answered, we’ll call you straight back.
