Costs - An Explanation

It’s no secret that we charge a fee for our service to call the large corporations on your behalf. So how does this save money?

Look at it this way. If you are on hold for 15 minutes, that’s quarter of an hour when you could have been working. Given that the full time salary in the
UK averages £35k, that 15 minute wait equates to £4.50 for workers.

Dialing 03 Numbers

Dialling numbers in the UK starting with 03 might be included in your mobile contract package, but if you use your minutes waiting on hold you might pay high call charges. If you’re paying call charges then the costs can escalate; calling a 03 number from a landline can cost 20p a minute, or 30p from mobiles. Again, that 15-minute wait could be costing you £4.50.

Free Isn’t Free

So once you’ve added up the cost of your time in waiting on hold for 15 minutes, and add that to the cost of your phone bill, that easily exceeds our £6 charge. And of course, you are free to do other things instead of waiting.

It’s simple – you call us, hang up, and we’ll ring the company you’re trying to get in touch with. When someone answers, we’ll ring you back. It means you don’t have to navigate complicated menus, or sit in queues.

It costs £6 plus your standard network charge to access the service. This cost is applied when the call first connects – there is no additional cost for the call back.

If you don’t answer, then we’ll leave a message and try again twice. If you miss all three call backs then speak to our customer service team who’ll be able to help.

No, we’re completely independent. We simply offer a service to free up your time from waiting in queues.

If you call out of office hours, then we’ll just call when the company is open, then call you back.

You have a range of options. You can either use your existing number, or use one which we can provide. This means you don’t run the risk of losing customers because you’ve changed contact details.

The only charge you face is the monthly subscription.
